About SMC

The Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) was founded in 1986 as the marketing arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. We strive to bring Builders, Developers, Lenders, Marketing and Sales Professionals together in order to network and grow their businesses. Currently we are the largest SMC in the Nation, and have been recognized as the best SMC by the National Sales and Marketing Council twice, in both 2006 and 2008!

Our monthly breakfast meetings host national speakers including John Palumbo, Bill Herring, Meredith Oliver, John Chappelear, and Mayor John Peyton to say a few. At these monthly breakfasts we are able to bring between 235-450 industry professionals together in order to receive sales awards, network, and hear inspiring speakers.

The Sales and Marketing Council is continually planning new ways to give back to our community. We support Daniel, Builders Care and Safe Harbor. Through opportunities like the Benefit Auction, Builders Care Day, School Supply Drive, Turkey Trot, Scholarship Program and Teddy Bear collection we are able to make a difference in these individuals lives.
