Nomination Guidelines
All entries must be received by the Sales and Marketing Council by 5 pm of the first
Friday of each month. Entries may be faxed to 721-3372, however due to transmission
errors a verbal confirmation is required. All sales should reflect NET DOLLAR VOLUME
and should be accompanied by supporting documentation. Any sales that fall through
during the current month should not be included. If you submitted a nomination the
previous month, sales that fell through from that month should be deducted from
the current month and are subject to verification. Awards will be presented in the
following categories:
New Home Sales - General Real Estate (List & Sells New Construction)
First and second place awards will be given to a general real estate agent (individual
and partnership) who sell new construction for both the number sold and the total
net dollar volume. To qualify as an General Real Estate Agent the nominee must not
market exclusively for one builder or development. Contract originators only!
New Homes Sales - On-Site Agent (Employed by a Single Builder)
First and second place awards will be given to an on-site agent (individual or partnership)
working for a single builder for both the number sold and the total net dollar volume.
Contract originators only!
New Homes Sales - On-Site Agent (Employed by a Development) First and second place
awards will be given to an on-site agent (individual or partnership) working for
a multiple builders in a single community for both the number sold and the total
net dollar volume. Contract originators ONLY!
Residential Lot Sales (Sold to Individuals Only)
First and second place awards will be given to a Realtor’s/Builder’s
On-Site Agent (individual or partnership) for the highest number and net dollar
volume of residential lots sold during the month. Excludes developer and builder
lot sales.
New Home Sales Closings (Builder Lender / Outside Lender)
First and second place awards will be given to the mortgage loan agent (Builder
Lender or Outside Lender) with the highest number and the total net dollar volume
of new home closings. Contract originators ONLY!!
- All Awards are for RESIDENTIAL SALES ONLY!
- Realtors must note on the nomination form the name of the builders or developer
or the real estate agency they are representing as well as the name of their sales
manager.
- In the event that two or more agents share in a sale (not a co-op), the total dollar
volume or number units sold is divided among the agents who share the commission.
- Sales managers must sign off on each agents report. Sales managers are not credited
with their agents sales and must report their own individual sales on a separate
form.
- In case of a tie two first place winners will be named, a second place award will
not be given.
- Documentation of sales and closings is REQUIRED! Any form submitted without backup
documentation will not be considered.
IN THE EVENT OF A TIE THERE WILL BE 2 FIRST PLACE WINNER, NO SECOND PLACE WINNER
WILL BE AWARDED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
