  Above initial 3 year basic requirement - 1 point for every year as a new home salesperson; 2 points for every year as a new home sales director (supervisory); 3 points for every year as a new home marketing director (supervisory).(Submit detailed resume of job functions and responsibilities.) The Admissions Committee may, at their discretion, allow credit for similar/comparable experience in a related field.
