From its inception SMC has taken an active role in providing educational
opportunities for its members. The most prestigious national designation someone from our
industry can get is to be a MIRM. MIRM is an acronym of member institute of Residential
Marketing.
To be awarded a MIRM designation you must complete 4 MIRM courses. We also offer CSP
(Certified Site Professional), advanced CSP and CSA (Certified Site Agent courses).
Education is the key to success. Just look at all the vice presidents, sales and marketing
managers and top producers who are past graduates of these courses.
