The Realtor Relations Committee shall be responsible for creating an atmosphere conducive to interest Realtors in joining and maintaining Council membership.
To further this goal, the Realtor Relations committee will keep the Board of Directors and the membership informed of the current status of the membership makeup and membership interests.

Increase Realtor membership & participation in SMC events by following methods:
1. Create a program to make “Co-Mission” a priority with site agents & realtors. Train site agents to ask, “Who is your realtor?” vs. “Do you have a realtor?” or not ask at all. Train realtors to develop relationships with site agents to increase their business. Show them the benefits of a good working relationship with site agents. See "Co-Mission" in Action
2. Assist Steve Williams (Program Chair) and Mark Carlson (Second Vice-Chairperson of SMC) regarding programs and net working ideas i.e. speed networking, after-hours, Realtor/Site Agent Forum
3. Realtor/Site Agent panel discussion as a breakfast program
4. Social event after panel discussion to strengthen and reinforce the goals: stronger realtor/site agent relationships!
