The trade-show is attended and sponsored by the who's-who in Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia.
The theme of this years show is "CARNEVALE! Let the fun begin!".
While we all have fun planning and participating in the show, the true purpose is to promote good relationships between Realtors, Builders and related trade partners.
The SMC committee works with NEFAR and NEFBA to orchestrate this popular event.
