The Sales And Marketing “SAM” Tram offers tours of the newest communities to area Realtors and affiliates. It's a win-win program, builders/developers get the chance to showcase their product while Realtors and related industry professionals get educated on what’s new in an area.
Tours are organized 3 to 4 times per year as the new construction inventory dictates. Each tour lasts between 4 to 6 hours and concludes with a lunch provided by a builder or developer showcased on the tour.
On September 5th we are doing a SAM Tram Moonlight Tour of all the condo projects going on the downtown area in conjunction with the monthly Art Walk put on by downtown vision.
On October 24th we are having a SAM Tram through the town of Nocatee. Come out and explore new models and the layout of the newest thing on the market. We are no longer selling just communities, we are selling an entire town.
The SAM Tram is a terrific opportunity to meet new people in our industry while keeping up-to-date on the latest developments.
