• Certified Professional(CSP) - This six week course can give you a jump start if you are a new site agent, or it can be an exercise in "back to basics" for experienced site agents.
• Member Institute Residential Marketing(MIRM) - This college level program earns you the MIRM designation and is a must for anyone serious about a career in marketing or selling new homes.
• Certified Sit Agent II (CSA II) - This six-week, hands on course takes you from blueprint to walk-through on the construction of a new home. You go on site to see the different stages of construction. If you are a site agent or REALTOR and talking to customers about construction, this course will give you the edge.
• Fair Housing Act Workshop - This course, offered quarterly, allows your builder to meet the requirements under the Federal Voluntary Affirmative Marketing Agreement (VAMA). This course gives valuable information regarding correct conduct and requirements in today's sensitive environment.
• Valuable programs and seminars - Throughout the year SMC has seminars and programs that enhance the new home construction industry. Many feature nationally known speakers.
